Premier has consistently provided great service for us for several years now. They are easy to reach and work with, they communicate well on when to expect technicians (who have always been on time), and the technicians have always been knowledgeable, capable, and clear about what is happening with our systems. David was our tech today and was very helpful, diagnosed the problem, and has a plan to get us back on track.
