Excellence Service Plan (ESP) is a comprehensive preventative maintenance service offered by Premier Indoor Comfort Systems LLC. It places your heating and cooling equipment in the hands of our highly skilled maintenance and repair technicians. We’ll visit your home two (2) times each year and perform a precision tune–up, a professional cleaning and a thorough safety inspection. Truly a superior service.

ESP...Why should I consider it?

All equipment manufacturers require routine maintenance to keep warranties in effect. Your heating and cooling sys– tem will work better, last longer and operate more efficiently. You’ll save money on your utility costs and you’ll promote a safer environment for your family.’ll be identified as a "Priority Customer" which entitles you to preferred service scheduling and a special 15% discount on parts for repairs or 5% discount on equipment replacement. You’ll experience the "Peace of Mind" knowing that your home, your family, and your budget have now all been protected. *15% discount on parts does not include discount on filters, water panels, etc...

ESP...What if I move?

We offer you 3 no–risk choices regarding the investment you made. 1 A full refund for the remaining portion of the ESP. 2 Transfer the remaining portion of the ESP to the new owner. 3 Transfer the ESP to your new home (if within our service area).

ESP (Heating Visit)...What is included?

  • Install clean standard filter for less restriction
  • Check heat exchanger for cracks or holes
  • Check and adjust incoming gas manifold pressure
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Check vent pipe for proper venting
  • Check blower housing/wheel for cleanliness
  • Test fan and furnace limit for safety
  • Check temperature rise across heat exchanger
  • Clean and adjust burners for more efficiency
  • Tighten all wire connections for safety
  • Test thermostat for proper anticipation setting
  • Inspect thermocouple/igniter for proper burn
  • Check for correct indoor blower speed
  • Check for proper motor amperage
  • Clean and polish furnace exterior
