We had a complete Lennox HVAC System installed by your company this week. From diagnosis of the old system through the complete installation of a new system, we experienced nothing but professionalism from the Premier technician, manager, and installer in Bryson City, NC. A big part of the job required fabrication. The installers worked diligently to ensure that we had heat before leaving our house. Both the inside and outside of our house were left in a CLEAN condition. Both the technician and manager have made followup visits to ensure that all continues to work as it should. We would definitely recommend this Company for anyone needing Heating and Air Conditioning

Had an issue with my residential original builder A/C Unit. After having delt with a different company when my upstairs unit went out of service, I was looking for someone else to work with on my downstairs unit. I was able to negotiate an excellent price with Premier, they arrived on-time, finished the installation of the new line and unit quickly, and everything worked perfectly from the moment they were done (can't say that about the last vendor I worked with). Our experience began when James Knox, our service technician, expertly discovered a potential future problem with our old HVAC unit during our semiannual service. He briefly went over our options with me, and suggested I talk further with Steve Kenyon, our salesperson. Steve helped us make a very informed decision in the replacement of our system. The staff arranged financing and prompt installation, allowing us to take full advantage of rebates and tax credits available to us. The installation process was very clean and professional. Our son, himself a plumber from out of state, happened to be at the house during the install, and was very impressed with the workmanship – truly first rate! The entire experience was a great one. We would certainly recommend Premier to anyone with HVAC needs.

I’d like to take a moment to express my appreciation to the folks at Premier Indoor Comfort Systems for a job well done. From the moment I called to report the problem (just after 8:00a) until its resolution (after 9:00p same day), my wife and I were overwhelmed by their professionalism, courtesy, and expertise.
Long story short, I was out of town on business travel about a month ago, and my pregnant wife was home alone with no heat. Thankfully, Premier worked around her schedule and James Knox was able to come out in the evening to fix the problem. Mr. Knox and Premier (including the receptionist who took my initial call and the dispatcher who took a subsequent one) exemplify what I’ve tried so hard to find in a HVAC service provider for the past year: honesty, integrity, and good old-fashioned kindness. Mr. Knox easily found our problem which, coincidentally, resulted from the shoddy work performed by a previous company. He also went above and beyond to explain what was wrong, why it happened, and what we could do in the future for preventive maintenance.
Thank you, Premier. You have a customer for life – I only wish I’d found you sooner.

I had a 100% positive experience with Premier. I was in the market for a new a/c unit. The salesperson who came to my house was professional and was able to clearly and respectfully answer all of my questions. Within a day or two he emailed me a detailed price quote covering three different options.
My install was not urgent but Premier was still able to schedule me within days of my signing off. The installers were probably the most professional and courteous technicians I have ever had in my home. Their workmanship was top notch; they also explained to me places where my "antique" system had some less than ideal components, and went the extra mile to update those components with my new unit. I appreciate that attention to detail. They explained everything to me, left no mess, and were overall pleasant to have in my home.
I highly recommend Premier. If I have repair needs with my furnace in the future, I will definitely use them.

My ac stopped cooling last night, and I called Premier hoping to get service today, but knowing it's the busy season, I wasn't expecting an appt until tomorrow. The call was answered on the first ring, and the dispatcher was understanding and helpful. She was able to fit me into a cancellation spot, and had Eric at my house within 2 hours of my call. He found the problem, and had my ac cooling again within 10 minutes or less. He was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with- He even made friends with my dogs which was a very nice gesture to me. :-) Premier has some great employees!
I truly believe that I couldn't have found better service with any other company, and I appreciate it very much. I had Premier replace my furnace a few years ago, and when my ac unit needs replacing (hopefully way off in the future) I will definitely have Premier at the top of the list.

For the 2nd time in two years I have used Premier to install new equipment (last year a complete system, this week a new AC). I actually found Premier on Kudzu. Their work is first rate--done professionally from start to finish. Joaquin and Aldo did the work on both projects and I trust them completely. Premier's price was fair and there was no attempt to add on to the price with unnecessary features. And, this week when choosing between two ACs, they did not try to push me towards the more expensive equipment but helped walk me through the variables so I could make an informed decision. In fact, when there were components we did not need (e.g. a new breaker panel), they adjusted the price downward. I interviewed many companies, narrowed my search to two companies (each of which would have done a good job) and chose Premier for its combination of quality and value.

We had our air conditioner go out in June and had a horrible experience with another company before calling Premier. I called late in the day totally expecting to have to wait another two or three days but their employee came out that night - almost at 9:00 and did all the repairs then and there. The price was fair and they actually found a couple of bad safety hazards where the wires had shorted out. So - this is a great company who got the job done and went above and beyond what was expected.

We needed a customer-centric, professional, and responsive HVAC company to take over servicing our home's HVAC systems. After considerable research, we contacted Premier. Ms. Applegate was knowledgeable and proficient with scheduling and answering our questions. The owners, Mr. Swann and Mr. Sampson each read our emails and responded that they wanted to earn our business. Our service tech, Mr. Huecker arrived on time and conducted the service of our two HVAC systems with professionalism and considerable technical skill. Nothing less would be expected from a fellow vet. After 4 weeks, the systems are running perfectly.
At a time when quality service companies are hard to find, Premier clearly demonstrates their sincere effort to be a top rated HVAC company through their actions and quality personnel.
